The stunning towns of Beynac and La Roque Gageac, built into the cliffs overlooking the river Dordogne and named “one of the most beautiful villages in France ", are only 15 minutes away.

The medieval town of Domme is 13.5 km away. Built in the 13th century it stands high above a bend in the Dordogne river, and offers the most breathtaking of views. There are several restaurants in Domme, a weekly market and caves which contain some wonderful stalagmites and stalactites that can be accessed from the market square.

The river Dordogne, with it's fabulous scenery, offers activities such as canoeing and swimming.  Walking and cycling are also popular pastimes. Golf is available at Vitrac, 16 kms away.
